1 Install opera
Install opera package.

sudo debconf-set-selections
$ sudo apt install -y apt-transport-https
$ sudo dpkg -i opera-stable_47.0.2631.39_amd64.deb || \
(sudo apt -f install -y && sudo dpkg -i opera-stable_47.0.2631.39_amd64.deb)
$ rm -f opera-stable_47.0.2631.39_amd64.deb
If you need Flash, run the following command.
$ sudo mkdir /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin
$ URL=https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/27.0.0.130
$ wget -O - -q ${URL}/flash_player_ppapi_linux.x86_64.tar.gz | \
sudo tar zxf - -C /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin
2 Run opera
Run opera.
$ opera
